Abstract:

The Northwestern Public Art Conference (NoWPac) is a volunteer-based group of public art professionals that produces networking and knowledge sharing events in the northwestern states, and parts of Canada for over a decade. They supplied this agenda as an example for other groups who are interested in creating their own regionally-focused professional public art group. The conference originally was hosted from February 2-4, 2017 in Portland, Oregon.
