Much of the material in this booklet was developed as a syllabus for publicity workers of organizations in the Arts and Education Organizations in Greater Kansas City. Some of their material was borrowed from the Public Relations Handbook of Junior Leagues, and other material from the publicity handbook, A Guide for Publicity Chairman, distributed by the Sperry and Hutchinson Company.
