     To encourage the development of more employment opportunity for the solo
     recitalist.
     To encourage increased residency activity.
     To encourage the establishment of more and improved technical assistance
     programs for presenters of solo recitalists.

     To provide sabbatical-type time for selected mid-career and mature professional
     solo recitalists to enable them to refresh themselves and work on new repertoire.
     To support increase activity by existing not-for-profit organizations now providing
     opportunity to solo recitalists.
     To encourage and support appropriate not-for-profit alternative management for
     solo recitalists.
     To encourage the development of some sort of service organization or
     organizations dedicated specifically to the needs of the solo recitalist.
