Abstract:

There is an decline of arts education in undersever populations. In 2008, African-American and Hispanic students have less than half of the access to arts education than their White peers. There is an decline of arts education in underseved populations. Data for this fact sheet was taken from the National Endowment in the Arts Office of Research & Analysis, NORC at the University of Chicago (Rabkin & Hedberg 2011).
