  1. the average annual percentage of pre-tax income contributed by corporations in the U.S. for all purposes from 1936 through 1970;
  2. contributions divided by sectors such as culture for 1965, 1968 and 1970; and 
  3. contributions to the arts for 1965, 1968 and 1970.
