The allocation plan for the Aid to Cultural Organizations Program New York State Council on the Arts for the Fiscal period 1970-1 is outline on the three forms attached to this report. They are: 1) Appendix A - total funds requested that have been logged to date (estimated 90%) of total requests to be received in fiscal 1970-71) and the Council's allocation of eighteen million in grant awards by discipline; 2) Appendix B - a summary of requests and grant allocations by geographic area and by major program area; and 3) Appendix C - requests and grant allocations by county and by major program area.
