Urban ArtWorks is a program that provides arts-based employment for teens who face barriers to the arts, education, employment, or who are in the juvenile justice system. Their values include connection, expression, belonging, integrity, and anti-racism.

PROJECT EVALUATION
In 2019 it was reported that the project mentored over 60 teens, provided school-based workshops for 450 youth, created over 60 pieces of public art, and hosted 10 community events where over 1,500 people contributed in collaborative murals in Seattle.
