OVERVIEW

The Shadow by Illegal Art was created for the 10th anniversary of 9/11. The height of the tallest tower was marked on the ground incrementally with chalk. Cups with pieces of chalk equating the number of people perished on each floor were set at along the way for people to write memorial notes.
