OVERVIEW

Creating Healthy Communities: Arts + Public Health in America, a 3-year national initiative undertaken from 2018-2020, was designed to accelerate this innovation at the intersection of the arts and public health and to build healthy communities in alignment with our national public health goals.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The initiative sought to expand the intersections of arts, community development and public health through strategic cross-sector collaboration, discovery, translation, and dissemination. The initiative included nine national convenings, a comprehensive research agenda, and the development of an array of resources for driving cross-sector collaboration. Take a deep dive into the expansive work of the initiative by exploring the menu items at the left: Arts and Public Health Resources, Blogs, Convenings and Events, and Video Galleries.
